Learning across many levels is one of the most important objectives of Education for All (EfA)

"We want to make individuals at every level of this concept more skilled and employable"
Neil Logue, Chair of Trustees at Education for All

Learning Plan

Here's how EfA integrates learning into the big plan:

  • By employing and training Not in Employment, Education or Training (NEET), Entry to Employment (E2E) and Princes Trust people to make up more than 10% of the Education for All workforces. This work experience, coupled with work opportunities through Education for All initiatives, means individuals will become more employable in their local communities.
  • Globally we will help to employ local skills on education projects and provide them with the resources to build sustainable schools for the future, targeting at least one new school build per target region per annum.
  • Through Development Partner links, we will forge remote-learning and coaching opportunities for head teachers and teachers overseas, developing the pool of qualified staff to run the schools. Examples of remote learning exchange are donor/receiver links, teacher training exchanges and IT links with pen pals.
  • EfA will actively encourage collective community responsibility in tackling waste and climate change. Through our ethos and in our work processes we want to help provide educational help for UK and overseas schools in both learning about and tackling domestic and corporate waste reduction and management locally, nationally and worldwide.
  • Through specific curriculum based education support material integrating sustainable development into real life community action.
